There are two individual properties available. They can be sold either separately or together depending on the investors’ personal interest. Individual properties are suitable for the construction of private villas, while the total property area could also support a larger scale project

Property A: 6.120 square meters , on the higher level
Property B: 4.340 square meters, on the lower level

Construction area allowance of individual properties.

Property A can build up to 242 sqm Property B can build up to 206 sqm. Areas for parking or swimming pools are not included. In case of underground constructions (supported by property’s geomorphology) an increased construction area allowance can be considered.

Construction area allowance of the total property.

As two discrete properties the above reported allowances apply (206+242) m2, supporting the construction of up to 5 villas (89 m2 each one) excluding swimming pool and parking places. *In case they would be considered as a single property (depending on legilsative provisions regarding unification of adjacent properties by a single owner) there is a potential construction area allownce up to 18-20% of the total area (up to 1890 m2),  due to the total property size of more than 10.000 m2

Access The property can be accessed from a sideway of the Kamilari-Kalamaki road.

Forest Service -Archeology Clearance The property has received final clearance from Forest Authorities and initial clearance from Archeology authorities.
